We will have a limited menu due to the size of our group plus a couple of other events going on that day. The menu with certainly include something for everyone.
The restaurant is hosting the annual St. Baldrick’s Day fundraiser in a tent in the parking lot. If you don’t know about St. Baldrick’s, it started as a friendly dare: would you shave your head and donate money to kids’ cancer research? The first annual St. Baldrick’s event in 2000 held at Jim Brady’s pub in Manhattan resulted in 19 bald heads and $ 104,000 donated to fund the research of the Children’s Oncology Group. Check out their history at www.stbaldricks.org to see all the work they are doing for the benefit of children with cancer.
The city of Sandy Springs is having their St Patrick’s Day parade on that day. The parade starts at 11:00 AM.
The manager assured me we would very welcome. It sounds like a fun day that we can watch and participate as much as we desire.
