Sharon and John Williams will be hosting the members of our club for a spectacular BBQ feast at their home. The arrival time at the Williams’s house is 11:30 AM with food to be served around 12:30 PM. The meats will include pork ribs and pulled pork. They will provide all side dishes and do not need any additional food.
Because of the commitment for them to host this meeting, they will only plan to do so if there are a minimum of 10 couples or more attending the event. If there are less than 10 couples planning on attending the event, the event location will be changed to a local restaurant.
A charge of $ 10 per person will be collected by John and Sharon to cover the food costs.
Please register on the website that you plan to attend by Saturday, September 16 and/or call John or Sharon.
We will let you know ASAP if there will be a change of venue based on registrations.
John has also graciously agreed to make additional racks of ribs and will sell them for $ 20 per rack. If you are interested in purchasing a rack, you have to call John or Sharon prior to Saturday, September 16 to place your order.
After the BBQ, we will be getting ice cream desserts at Hot Rod’s Diner, 294 N. Cherokee Rd, Social Circle, GA. 30025

Directions from I-20: Exit 98 onto GA 11 to the north toward Monticello/Monroe; GA 11 becomes Social Circle Parkway; turn right on E Hightower Trail; Left on Knox Chapel Rd to 382 Knox Chapel.
Your GPS may say you arrived before getting to 382 Knox Chapel Rd. The Williams’ driveway is lined on both sides by white fences. The house sits back off the road but is clearly visible from the road.
Don’t forget to RSVP on the website that you will be attending or call John or Sharon that you plan to attend.
Also remember to put you ACTC magnets on your car for the drive to the luncheon.
