If you do not have ZOOM loaded on one of your devices you may need to take a few minutes to download ZOOM before the call. If you want to be on the call and need some help loading ZOOM, I encourage you to reach out to a tech savvy friend or a relative early, so you don’t miss out.
You will need to have your internet available and use the link below at the time of the call. I have set it up that everyone will be muted when you join. You will be able to see and hear me and see everyone else. When you want to talk just raise your hand. As soon as we get rolling, I will unmute everyone. Just be sure all background noise is off such as Radios, TV, cell phones and others in the house, etc.
Our free ZOOM account is limited to 40 minutes. If you dial in before 5:00 you will be put in a waiting room until 5:00 so we don’t use up the 40 minutes. After 40 minutes, ZOOM will automatically end the call.
The plan is to discuss events for the next 2 - 3 months.
I have discussed social distancing with Provino’s off of I-75 where we have met in the past. They can accommodate up to 50 people and still social distance. That is one thought for April where we could further our annual planning.
